Enhanced Performance Training® hosts on-going experiential evening workshops that focus on utilizing a power point presentation, Wisdom Skills, handouts, free tools, and free apps.
A volunteer is hooked up to the biofeedback and neurofeedback equipment in order to project their physiology and brainwave patterns onto a screen in real time. Their physiology and brainwave patterns can then be observed changing as the volunteer follows the same training program as the rest of the participants.
Observing these shift in the volunteer being monitored is exciting and provides immediate and direct feedback that mirrors the physiological shifts occurring in all the participants as a result of the training.
The weekly evening Enhanced Performance Training® program changes each week. Training lasts about an hour and a half.
Additionally, the latest in neuroscience involving how our mind affects our mind/body, nutrition and exercise tips round out the evening.
Training skills to improve health are rotated weekly to provide the opportunity to find the modality that best suits your physiology and life-style and to maximize over-all body and brain involvement.
